RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy on all products returned to us in new (unused) condition. New condition means the item and all packaging including accessories, boxes, manufacturer tags, and manuals must be returned to us in the same condition as shipped to you. Basically, the item needs to look the way it did when it came to you.
ITEM NOT IN NEW CONDITION?
If your item is not in new condition, a store credit will be issued on returns within 30 days of purchase date.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Simply call the store (480-421-9442) for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without an RA. Just ship your items back to us with a copy of your invoice or a printout of your confirmation email and a note indicating how you'd like us to handle the return. Please include your daytime phone number in case we have any questions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we've made a mistake). Packages received postage-due will have the postage deducted from the customer's refund.
